Ortt's Wallpaper Installation Services - Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services: Ortt's Wallpaper Installation Services (referred to as "Ortt's") agrees to provide professional peel & stick, adhesive, paste, and water activation wallpaper installation, contact paper installation for countertops, and wallpaper removal services to the client (referred to as "Client"). The scope of services will be detailed in the project agreement or invoice.

2. Project Agreement: Prior to the commencement of any services, both parties will agree upon and sign a project agreement outlining the specific details of the wallpaper installation project, including but not limited to the type of wallpaper, installation location, and associated costs. Any changes to the project scope must be documented and agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for services provided by Ortt's according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Payments are due on the dates specified, and late payments may be subject to additional fees. Ortt's retains the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Client may cancel or reschedule services by providing notice to Ortt's in writing. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Ortt's reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

5. Liability: Ortt's will take utmost care during the wallpaper installation process. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage to pre-existing structures, surfaces, or materials in the installation area. The Client is responsible for ensuring the integrity and readiness of the installation surface.

6. Warranty: Ortt's provides a limited warranty on the workmanship of the wallpaper installation for a specified period, as outlined in the project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond Ortt's control.

7. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Ortt's harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client's actions, negligence, or failure to comply with these terms.

By engaging Ortt's Wallpaper Installation Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated or amended by Ortt's with prior notice to the Client.
